This boho-nautical South West wedding elopement styled shoot on the shores of a tranquil inlet, Coalmine Beach, was inspired by Walpole and Nornalup National Park's incredible surroundings.
Victoria Baker Photographer and stylist, Wild Tide Weddings WA, reflect on the inspiration: “Behind the vision was to show that couples can create a truly personal celebration and include whatever they want to be part of their day. They don't have to choose between Mother Nature and all the pretty!”
“This dreamy vision of 'saying your vows' against a breathtaking backdrop consisted of a beautifully handcrafted timber boat (sourced from a local boat builder – a must-have to create the romantic wow factor) and vintage and recycled decor elements—rusty steel was gathered from the shed and repurposed into an anchor.”
“Peachy tones, natural whites and rusty textures combine with deep navy for a nautical vibe. Delicious local mobile food vendors provided an intimate dining experience at the water’s edge before the couple headed on a boating adventure, styled with cosy cushions, throws and flowers, bringing the boho theme to life.”
“As the sun set, our real-life couple skipped off to the wild and rugged coastline for golden hour, experiencing all the magic and diversity that a National Park Wedding offers, ending their day.”
